If your using such small populations that each and every female matters then why use regs? no they arent stronger or more potent thats just bro science they are simply seeds that produce all females because of the chemically induce 2nd mother/father not a debate at all actually, its fact supported by anecdotal real world evidence.
and if your using large populations culling and early inspection/identificaton of males is a necessity anyways and youd surely have enough seed to plant a few extra to account for the culling, so again what would be the point?

Cool article tho, I like the spirit behind it just not the actual application.
