My wife and I enjoy taking some of the leftover leafs from male plants and doing various art projects with them (check out the pic below of a stash box we have)....our question is this....how can you sell this stuff? stash boxes, rolling trays, coasters, coffee table tops, frames, etc etc etc, the possibilities are endless really...all with leaves under a clear coating of sorts, do the laws of possesion still apply?? and how??you cant touch em, smoke em, do anything with em at all other than lookin at em...therefore its not a useable plant ....how much trouble can a person get in for selling these or even possesing one??

I like that. I as well do various things with my leafs. I stuck a couple dozen on my wall and clear coated over it....looks pretty damn cool. Ill take a picture sometime. As far as law goes, I have nooo idea. That box looks cool man, very nice. My leaves all dry a nice green I wonder why yours turned yellow. :peace::peace::peace:

these turned yellow because I didnt clear coat the box before I put the leaf on and the wood sucked all the moisture out of the leaf, at least thats my guess....kept that one and gave the rest away as gifts, and called a few people and they told me their leaves are still nice and green...wont be long before I make some more though!!

Personally, I just press them between books fer a month or two, then I put them wherever I was planning on, usually a picture frame. None of them have yellowed.

I dunno the laws of selling/possesing such items, however, I heard a story once. Some woman who use to smoke back in the day had some company over. Her company was just a friend she'd only known fer a year or so, and marijuana was something that had never been discussed. The womans friend was looking through her photo albums, and came across a big fan-leaf pressed between the pages. Apparently she went to the police, and the woman was arrested and charged with possesion of narcotics. I dunno if this is true or not, but kinda scary.

So my guess is that selling pot leaves, or owning them is illegal.
