Does anyone have experience with ordering ganja from MMJ states to non medical states? I checked craigslist in those particular states and found many ads some saying you needed your card and a couple saying you didn't. I'm very cautious and slightly paranoid and I feel like the ones saying you can order it w/out your card are probably stings? Any info would be much appreciates. Peace out fellow hippies

Don't be stupid and buy smoke thru the mail.......there a many, mostly recent, reviews on forums from people being ripped off by these scammers. They list 30 of the most popular strains, at very low prices to entice you. They take your money, and you're shit out of luck.

I mean, what are you going to do, complain to the cops?

I have a buddy in Chicago who is a bit older and has no connections. I send him a few ounces every month. Have been for over a decade. Packaged properly I have never had a single problem and it could not be traced back to me.

With that said, That's me shipping to him.
I would never have someone ship to me.

Take that for what it's worth.

USPS needs a warrant to look in the mail.....much safer.

Fed Ex, and the others can look if they want without a warrant since you are basically giving them that right (in the small print) when you ship it with them.
think your fourth amendment rights (a) mean dick shit and (b) can be safely hidden behind?, think again. The usps needs a warrant, which they will get because they will bring the box that "smells like marijuana" to a police officer who will certify that it is suspicious, receive the warrant from a magistrate, and proceed to search the box, fucking you over in the process.

FedEx and UPS could more easily search your package, since they're private and you agree to their terms, but sending shit overnight (or if you're super eager, same day), well packaged, and paid for in full, greatly reduces your chances of being picked up. They don't want to hold up your package because they want to fulfill their end of the agreement and keep you as a customer. They also don't want the headache of reporting their findings to the gov't and dealing with the ensuing case that fucks you over, particularly for small amounts--a couple ounces is way more trouble than it's worth to do all the paperwork etc. of getting you fucked. NOW that all being said, you are trusting UPS/FedEx drivers not to be curious, sniff your package, find out what's inside olfactorily, snake the goods from you and know that you're not going to come back on them. This has happened to me before. I've received a package from a buddy that was supposed to be overnighted. it got delayed for no reason while i was tracking it, and when it did arrive, a day late, all that the dude left on the front door step was the original FedEx mailer, re-taped shut.
Now, do I think this is a good idea?? absolutely not. particularly right now when this is the prime thing to be looking for if you are USPS/UPS/FedEx in WA or CO. Safer and more fun to just grow your own!
be easy,
:peace:

We used to call Fed/Ex, Weed/Ex......LOL.

USPS. Ah the days of the Maui Flake Coconut #10 cans. I always wondered why no one felt the cans seemed "light" for a case of #10 cans filled with "flaked coconut". The safest way to ship. BTW, if a package is suspicious, it can be opened by a postal inspector w/o a warrant!

To ship: Use smelly proof bags and overnight ONLY. Be sure to use the small 8x10 sized BOX and pack to have no "wiggle".

UPS is the MOST dangerous one out there! They X-Ray!!!!!!! And target suspicious ones not sent to a person C/O a Buis. address!!!! Packages are FAR worse! So, DO NOT USE!

I'm suprised to see all the variety of answers. I do grow but I'll need to relocate it soon because of the birth of a child. USPS is always the best way to go but I agree with a lot of you. Not really worth it.

Triple vacuum sealed through USPS Priority is how it's done. Overnight doesn't help at all, it's triple vacuum sealed. I'm not spreading lies, just the truth. It's a billion dollar business, some people above are just scared :p
and change gloves when packaging into vacuum sealed bag and handling the box. that way, no marijuana dust can contaminate the box thus alerting a dog
