[Veg-->Flower] Best transition practices

What do you guys do to make sure your plants take off without stunt into flowering?

  • Never do transfers, or serious pruning the week before flowering.
  • Keep the nutrient/water/oxygen saturation consistent in hydro, cyclically-consistent in soil until at least week 2 of flower.

  • Is vegging 18/6 better considering the plant will shortly be at 12/12? Similar to how temp ranges are best kept close for max growth (68F-82F).
  • Is a declining light-on-time transition better 18-16-14-12?
Let me know what rituals and weed dances you guys do to make the transition easier. And honestly anything in veg or flower that's timing related would be appreciated too.
