Ventilation ?

I have my girls in a room closet. The closet door is open and the a/c is on. Is that going to be good enough for ventilation?

Probably but you should add a fan to get the air moving around

I'm not really worried about the stink, just the heat and fresh air.

Just a fan to move around air should be fine then
