Very slow growing seedlings+screwed up clones

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but take a look at the pics. The clones were green-stemmed and lively when I got them. Now they are curling down and yellowing and purpling. The seedlings are in fox farm light warrior and the clones are in mostly light warrior with some canna bio terra mixed in. I don't have a clue what is wrong. I have used no nutes, just RO water. I think maybe the PH was off when I wetted down the soil initially. I watered the soil until I had runoff before transplanting. and then top dressed and misted. I have been misting a couple times a day for the past couple days so maybe I overwatered. I haven't watered for a couple days after flushing lightly with verified ph 7 RO water. They are about 12 days from seed here and the clones are 4 days transplanted.

repot in different soil. dont use soil with nutrient chunks in it- its messing up your ph and overnuting them. I had the same problem and solved it by changing the soil. Your going to want to add some sand and pearlite to help drainage as well. Try to get inert soil so you can control what goes in your system. You may think your not nuting them but i guarantee they are receiving more than they need at a lower ph than they can use.

nutrient chunks? excuse me? light warrior is lightly nuted specifically for root zone formation. You really think I should repot?

will they recover or are their root systems too immature still? I don't want to waste time as much as I'd hate to pull them.
