Visiting LP's to drop off forms and stuff?

So I know obviously LP's arent allowed to hand over our orders in person, but is there actually a regulation governing whether or not patients can go visit LP's to discuss questions or send in forms? Tweed talks about their visitor tours and shit and Tilray showed that woman going to their facility and watching her order packaged as part of that "Patient One" video, is this just marketing BS or a grey area?

I don't think there is a specific regulation regarding this , but I doubt the majority of LP's will accept applications and questions in person. They are strictly a mail order business, and they are not going to want to have 100's of patients showing up in person to ask questions. There is also the security issue, you can't just stroll in the front gate of one of these facilities.

I'm going to go sit on their lawns and blaze some fatties. Then I'm going to tip over sideways and yelp for some emergency meds "over here "

So that their security can call the police and have you removed?
You mean they'd drag away a sick man trying to get meds. Gee nice folks they are. That would make some wonderful publicity for them. By any chance are you their marketing manager ?
They should really invite me in and giv me lunch...
OKAY GANG WHO COMIN WITH ME.....Yoooooooooo ( Blutto)

Their sites are not open to the public. Anyone loitering would be monitored and if their presence is continued, yes they would likely have you removed. This is not your local dealer, it's a high security medical facility.

On the other hand, if you are yelling for help, calling the ambulance and police is an appropriate response for any business.

I'm sorry but that last sentence makes me laugh.....oh geez.....fuck are you brainwashed man. The're all doomed unless we go legal...you'll see. It's already happening slowly by all different means. It's gonna fail MMPR and so will they....hahahahahaha. How many meds patients went running to them ...huh...how many...you see. If the people don't want you...your doomed...pray for legalization to save the day for these greed bags.....

This is what it boils down to. Hippy, I've seen a few of your posts doubting the security, talking about thieves and product walking out the back door. As much as this is happening right now, the regulations do make actual visitors to the facility quite difficult. There are perimeter fences, locked gates, etc. If you went on the property the security monitoring company would simply pick your ass up and move it off the property. Private property is private property no matter what you're smoking.

If you were outside of (any business), pretending to be hurt and/or causing problems, of COURSE the police would be called. What business would not?

That all applies to the actual GROW area, the administrative offices for most LP's do not have any such security as far as I know of and you can walk in. Whether they will shoo you out or not is another matter.

You would still need to get through the perimeter gate and security checkpoint. Unless they are expecting you, you won't just be able to walk right up to the building (or into it), admin area or not. Most LP's have a 10-12' high double fence with barbed/razor wire and a guard manning the gate 24 hours per day. If you were to just show up and say you want to drop off paperwork, either the guard would take it inside for you or he'd tell you to stick it in the mail like all the other patients. These 'tours' were extremely rare PR moves, and most companies that did them and released video now regret it, because they exposed QA shortcomings and other issues. Most LP's are looking to keep all non-employees off site as much as possible, they don't want the public or patients snooping around.

Won't tell you which LP but I've walked into their office already, so this isn't some rule everyone follows. Some of them have a separate locked out area where the grow is (definitely can't get into that) and a separate office area nearby where you can technically walk in because it's just a door.
That LP is taking a massive risk, and unless you are willing to name them, I kinda doubt it happened. Some LP's have their admin offices in a completely different location, that is different. But if they are growing onsite, you shouldn't be anywhere onsite as a patient or member of the public. You could be tracking god knows what into their facility......doesn't matter how 'sealed off' the grow area is. If someone tracks spider mites into the facility, they will make their way into the grow room eventually. And I'll bet you with the recent QA crackdown that these policies will quickly change. Anyone entering the site (regardless if it is only the admin area) poses both a security and a QA risk.

Would they call the Wizard of Oz too. Security could beat me with the Tweed night stick until the cops got there and tazed me.....bro.
It would make wonderful advertising how they man handled a sick patient off their property.
Media reports "The only thing allowed to stay was the patients money " ...huh?
Do you guys think they might set up a patient lounge there ever ?

Haha fair enough it might not have happened it was actually a buddy of mine that said he visited one but I think they were in the pre-licensing stage so it doesn't really matter
