Vitamin c in plants

Just read this and thought it was interesting. its like a year old, but thought it was a good read

Vitamin C Is Essential For Plant Growth

That makes me wonder what would happen if u take a multi vitamin supliment like One a day or Centrum crush it up and mix with a couple liters of water....hmmmm...or it could just be a screwed up imagination at work here ahh forget it ,probly wouldnt work NE way

i tried crushin the centriums and putin them in a gallon of water it gave my plants a heavier yield ill post pictures of them

You actualy tried with vitamin pillz?I didnt think it would work because they arent for plants,but then again there are a great number of nutrients in vitamin pills that are essential for growing.

i hear you can use creatine (like what weight lifters use) and that that can help mj plants grow/bud really well.
