Ive narrowed my choice down to two different lights and Im trying to get some feed back. Want to use one light for the entire grow process, 2.5' x 4' coverage.

Fluence VYPRx Plus with Solunar Controller (525w)
controller can be purchased from Fluence, not on their website.

or

ChilLed 1x400w double strip with controller

Seen a lot of discussions on the Timber grow lights like a Model 4VL (not sure how I feel about cobs), wouldnt know which color temp I would choose, if i had to purchase separate cobs for different grow states and which controller unit PWM capable to purchase.

Could include Amare SolarPro SP400 (Pro 4) 400W wish it had more watts, Pro 9 is a square and not sure if it comes with dimmer/ controller.

Like the other two because its out of box, with controller etc...

Appreciate it! Kind of feel like I started leaning that way because of everything as a whole.

Fluence light looks amazing, light weight etc.. and I'm sure its a great light. Almost wish the Chilled was a 1x500W or 1x600w triple strip in a rectangle housing not square.

Apparently solunar controller connects via AUX and could make a hi pitch noise. If you ever had your iPhone being charged and plugged into AUX same time while in the car playing music? I hear a loud pitch noise. Also noticed fluence recommends running a timer to completely shut off the device. Other thing I've noticed in solunar user guide is setting a custom profile looks like its in military time.

I will say I wish the user could dim each custom profile (veg/ gen) as a whole to get the correct PPFD for seed, young plant etc.., but the user must dim each spectrum (blue, white, red) to there liking (that confuses me some, because don't know what spectrums are primarly used for each grow state, which spectrum to dim etc..). (Chilled controller)

Fluence you can call the company easily, Chilled you have to wait for email to be replied but they do have plenty YouTube video's.

I know this is a old thread but What light did you pick?

Sorry for the delay. I ended up getting the Chilled Double strip. Can't believe it's been over a year since Ive had it (on fourth grow now). There were many factors that made me choose Chill and I think I made the right decision. I've had zero issues thus far. I was new to LED and growing but I've learned a lot and will upgrade in the future. Having the controller been a sweet experience as well. Remember taking a video first time it went into sunset :)

I have thought about expanding in the future and when I do, I will more then likely go all ChillLed pucks (maybe mix blue and red ones), even though I have thought about the possibility of HLG 132's or even fluence again and invest in a PAR reader, but I kind of like the puck idea. Even thought about mixing the pucks and 132's as well. Something nasa like from HLG and for some reason really like the spread on the 132 diodes, but I do think I still have a lot to learn about drivers and hooking everything up.

I think the puck idea is sordove like the next step up before advanced if that makes any sense.

I can't say enough nice things about growmau
