You don't HAVE to wait, but a tolerance builds if you dont give it a break between trips.

i would not take to often know someone who used to take it all the time, it absoluty destroyed his mind he is a paranoid fried wreck now....
i have only taken trips a few times my self, i prefer to wait for mushroom season and pick my own that way u know what ur gettin

pickin your own mushrooms is the way to do it!
