Want to Grow legally in CA. need a warehouse.

im currently in the process of going to CA to grow medical marijuana legally. i already build my corporation & all i need is a warehouse. im looking in south LA county. im having a few problems with finding a location. i've been only able to get a hold of real estate brokers. they seem to be too nosy & ask too many question. does any one know where i might find a warehouse for rent by owner. i dont wanna deal with real estate brokers.

put an ad on craigslist there......this post is also a test
thanks for the input. i have looked all over craigslist but it seems like only broker are placing adds. i wish i could find one for lease buy owner. what do u mean that this post is just a test. once again thanks for ur input & if anyone else has any other options for me please let me know

everyone is running west for a chance to strike gold.... If you guys were smart, you'd realize that the Cali market is saturated... You are 10 years too late. Maybe some research into other states that are in their infancy in MMJ?

Its very saturated. Ps that went for 52+ barely gets you 42. And if you need a warehouse to grow its not legal buddy

I agree with this... 219 was not passed and a grow over 99 plants is illegal regardless if I'm not mistaken about 215/hb420

You're legally allowed by state not fed to grow 12 plant per rec. 6 flowering and 6 vegging. You can grow 12 more if you collect another mmj patients doctor reccomendation. Which is just pretty much just saying you're his caregiver and you're supplying him with his medication. So to fill a warehouse you got to collect quite a grip.

Aren't caregivers limited to the number of patients?

Dont bother, try a state that's a little more new to the mmj scene. If you have your heart set on cali, and if you want to grow enough to fill a warehouse, think up north where the limit is more

Negative. But its a pain to be someones legal caregiver. The other patient gives up his original reccomendation and you gotta go through the doctor who gave the reccomendation. There's loop holes though. You could pay another doctor and get another original.

Its definitely flooded here. Its also definately a locals only scene. And mostly those scenes are divided geologicly by cities. I don't hink it is wise just to roll up into a City like Los angels and just startup a big grow op like that with out really knwoing the politics or the city that well. this may present some problems for you. I think if you are real lyseriously trying to do that you should establish a relationship with one of the dispensary's at first then attempt it. And to be honest California is producing the best shit right now in the world and the most so many of the stuff in the clubs is either the a+++ or one of the owners friends that wants to pond off his mids or batch that didnt turn out so great. I hear Colorado still has some room and the people there a a little less aggressive than California.
