i place a dixie cup (tranparent) misted inside over your little fillys. for a couple days to a week. gives them time to get use to light without drying out and establish roots. just mist once a day. makes a green house efect for them. never had a problem.
with out pic its hard to tell about yellow
most time is lack of light while rooting. hope this helps

panta,
Let me first start by saying I am NO PRO. Also I have NEVER cloned mj (have cloned other plants). With that said let me say that I have seen peoples clones, and I have read ALOT on the subject. I have never really heard of someone just leaving cuttings in water.. Did you use cloning gel?

Most of the time when people clone their clones do turn a little light, and wilt. They say that this is the plant stressed out and it usually passes as the roots better develop. Also they recommend cutting much of the leaves off, and even cutting the leaves your keeping in half. When plants develop roots they focus their energy on producing roots, if they have too many leaves to take care of at the same time then their energy is dispersed to too many places. As a result they stress out. Generally they bounce back in a couple days.

This is all that I know, and I hope it helped. Hopefully some experianced people can give you some more reliable and skilled advice. Good luck.

Oh I forgot an important part as well, many people keep their lights far away from the plants. Putting the lights within (I say) a foot of your clones would be like leaving a albino baby on a beach (okay I exhagerated a little). Either way, make sure your lights aren't to close as they could be drying out your babies. Good Luck:peace:

Hi, I clone in water with great results, although I sue a big Rubber made and an air pump to keep them happy, I keep them in there for around 9 days, at the end they should have at around 10 differnt roots growing out of the stem, and they should be around 5" long.

They will go into a little shock if you transplant them into soil. Just keep the humidity up and let give thema couple of days, not to close to the lights though.
