Yes. What are we looking at?
You are looking at a light lifter. The parts list:

1 harbor freight winch
2 right hand and 2 left hand 8' cable drums for a garage door
1 13' 1" I.D.( not O.D.) tube
1 13' piece of unistrut
6 3/8" unistrut nuts
6 3/8" cap bolts
6 3/8" cut washers
1 5/8" deep socket (beveled on one end with a grinder)
4 garage door bearings pressed into some scrap aluminum angle
2 pairs of 8' garage door cables

I even hit up Dago trying to get ahold of you. I called Medicropper, but he's not answering... that boys' always into something. Fascinating! What's the purpose of the tank in the bottom left corner?
On the diagram, It serves as storage for the system and to keep the chiller from short cycling. In the drawing, you'll notice the adiabatic cooler. During the cooler months, I'll use that unit and the res as storage for cooling pre-lights on.
