hey everyone, well i was wondering what people's watering cycles are. Idk if my way has been working the best. I water 3 times a day with technaflora recipe for success nutes the first time of the day. Is this too much watering? The plants are in 5th week of flowering and show nice dark green leaves, and healthy. thanks in advance!

I would think thats too much water. Once a day, like within 1 st hr of lights on is what I do. Gives them all day to drink what they want.
But if your plant looks great and healthy, take notes and let us know about your yeild.

i water mine every 4 days. maybe a 3 days period during veg but then its gets to 4 days periods later on in flowering.

your soil must not hold water at all if you can water that much without causing serious problems..

a general rule i go by though is that if it works then it works. while some techniques cause problems for some, they can work for others.

in my garden, i wait for my plants to tell me that they are thirsty. i feel like waiting until the plants leaves droop a little from lack of water makes them grow much faster than giving them the max that they can tolerate without causing problems.

It depends on how much water you are giving them each time you water.

At our nursery we water three times a day but it is not like everything is flooded and ends up with way too much water. You can water as many times a day as you want as long as the total amount does not exceed a certain amount.

Most people tend to totally soak their soil and then wait until it is slightly dry again and then soak it again but if you have a watering schedule of three times a day where small amounts of water are given and it is working for you and your plants are not showing any signs of problems from over watering and you want with stick to what you do then stick with what you do.

If you are over watering your plants will ‘tell’ you that they are being over watered. You just need to know what to watch for so you can 'hear' them 'tell' you.
