Ways to cool grow box down???

So I have a 4by3 grow box it's a metal file cabinet I have Mars LED CFL light combo witch makes a good amount of heat. I have 4 inch duct Fan with tubing running into my house central AC on floor pulling cool air in. And a 4-inch inline carbon fiber filter fan pulling hot air out And it's keeping my air inside the box at 74 degrees which is perfect. But summer is almost up so the house ac will be going off soon and I still have 2more months of flowering need some options to keep box at 74. plan on using my window to pull cool air from when it gets cold enough. Was thinking of using one of them portable evaporative Air Coolers but I know there's some issues with them they make a lot of humidity and I need to keep my humidity at 40% and plus you have to keep putting water and ice to get them to work well I can always run the exhaust on the cooler out the window to take care of the humidity problem but my question is has anyone tried using them do they really work well or does anyone have any other options?

I heard some people saying that they freeze some bottles of water and throw inside the tent on the hottest hours of the day. Its a lot of work to cool a room down they do it everyday. Here in brazil temperatures are crazy on summer, or you stop growing on summer or you pay a little bit more using an air-co.

Also you dont want the intake fan being the same stregth of your outline fan cause with the filter they become a little bit more weaker and them you have pressure on your tent and smell tend to go out.

Imma test the ice bottles out never thought of that thanks.
And my fans are different the holes in the grow box are just the same size my duct fan is only 100Cfm my booster inline fan is much stronger but I run it low cuz I have speed controllers on both fans so I can play with the speeds to get it just right no worries there

If the house ac if off wouldn't that mean your house is at around the same temp? Otherwise you would run it right?m

I'd just continue to pull from the ac and run the fans at full blast..

I was doing that at first but that mars hydro led light heat the grow box up to 86 to 90 and I'm sure the grow box being metal don't help. During veg stage the heat wasn't a problem but blooming needs to be 72 75. If it was a tent that might work but I need the stealth ness of the cabinet

Get a glass panel and mount it below the light then exhaust across it.. Making it like a sealed hood in a way

(..,,....Hydro led........ )
O ______________0 <~ air current
^ exhaust. ^ glass

:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf: < guess.

Sweet that would definitely cool it down I never thought of a glass panel cuz the led has one on it all ready but the panel on the led is just to keep the light itself cooler and the light shinning directly over the plants. without the panel idea u suggested the led fan just blows hot air in all directions around the led. if I just trap the hot air blowing from the led with the panel by putting it right up to my filter my exhaust would have a better chance of pulling it out much faster! Wow I feel stupid for not thinking of that myself it's so simple lol thanks alot man

So I was going to add the clear panel under the led but it would've been too much work mid way during blooming still will do that but in between grows so I can get it set up like I want to. I decided to take my air in line hook it to a foam cooler with a lot a ice packs in it witch works but the humidity went up from the condensation of the ice packs melting so I added a condensate line to the cooler it works perfectly now keeps it at 40 humidity and 76 to 80 degrees. So me bing the problem solver I am that's not good enough for me freezing ice day in and day out is a pain + when on 18 and 6 gallon jugs of ice probably won't freeze in just 6 hours so I added anther 4in air in hole with a 70 cfm computer fan and a small fan inside blowing circling air better. Believe it or not that worked will the two 4in air in holes with fans seems to be all the grow box needed Temps are a little higher 45%humidity and 84 degrees max. But long as I don't go over 45%hum and 84 degrees I'm happy with that. Just wanted to let everyone know, and thanks for your help and ideas I'm sure I'll be using all of them when certain situations call for them thanks again.
