Ways to Encourage Resin Production

1 week before harvest- make yur fan blow harder than normal
2 days before harvest- by this time the plant should be thirsty, ready for water. Don't give it to her. Cut yur baby with a razor, along the main stem. Not too deep. Don't saw her in half or anything. Just make some cuts up and down. Then leave her in the dark for the last 2 days. Harvest straight outta the dark. Good luck!

Cutting your plant just before harvest will just make it put its last efforts into repairing its stem.
Blowing the fan to hard will just make it drink faster and fill with water just before harvest.
Keep it fairly hot and dry all the way through its life and it will adapt to its environment.
Flood only once a week and sip feed when needed through the rest of the week.
In my opinion cutting the stems and blowing fans hard on them is totally not the thing to do.:blsmoke:

Blowing the fan on em will dry them out, she will produce more resin to protect herself. And cutting the stem will cause her to go in shock, once again pushing more resin to try in coat herself for protection.

And I said cut her 2 days before harvest. How much bud do you think yur going to get in those last hours? But thats enough time for her to produce a little extra resin!

Its a myth, drying them up with a fan causes them to suck as much water up as they can,not what you want near harvest time.
Any cutting of the stems is totally irrelevant to resin production and will just make the plant put all of its last efforts into healing its own stem.
This is my advice only and my opinion if you want to blast your plants and cut their stems then do it:blsmoke:

In HighTimes they say let your soil go bone dry the day before harvest and the dry air causes the plant to produce more resin to deal with the dry air. or you could out a dehumidifer in the grow room but i dont have one.It also says to harvest before lights come on so the nutes in the root system dont travel up to the plant like they do when the lights are on.
