Watered every 3 to 4 days with 6-7ph. Just used technaflora flowering nutes last week for the first time since flip. My ac had issues earlier in the week which is why you see heat stress (top of canopy got to 84 and soil was pretty dry) back right corner plant got a little too much water last watering before today which is why there's some drooping up top. Let me know what you guys think. I used technaflora because its all i had but am concidering switching nutes (open to suggestions). Thanks for reading

I'm a first time grower but I'll let you know how my grow is and what I use and I'll show you some pics!

I grow inside a shed, I'm growing 4 plants at the moment, 2 super lemon haze and 2 jeti OG, using a 1000 watt HPS light and I love it. I have a 8" intake fan that is hooked up to my light sucking air out of the room and keeping my light cooled down at all times. All 4 of my plants are in their own 10 gal pot... next grow they will be in 5-7 gal pots! Less watering and save more nutrients is my reason. Nutrients: I use fox farm nutrients. It's a 3 pack that you use together, you use two of the bottles durring veg and once you flip to flower you start to use the third bottle, I have really liked the nutrients so far! My feeding Schedule is super simple too, I feed with nutrients then wait 4-6 days then feed again, 4-6 day later I use plain water. So I feed, feed and then I just water. I didn't really need a carbon filter for where I live as 4 of my 10 neighbors grow haha and honesly I have not once checked my ph level. My plants seem to be doing amazing and I am currently 4 weeks into flower. I also use grandmas molasses (unsulphored) durring the last couple weeks to help feed the microbes in the soil so your roots can take in your nutrients better resulting in fatter and more swollen buds, some say it gives it a better taste too, I use half tablespoon per gal of water. I stop using the molasses the last two weeks of flush tho! I also use Epsom salts durring my whole grow, I only use about a tsp per gal if I think my leaves are not looking healthy or start to notice discoloaration or anything odd about the leaves and it has seemed to help. Some pics are new some are acouple weeks older!!

Thanks for all the good info. I've thought about fox farms. I've been wanting to try they're nutrients but I had a bad experience with the soil and have been staying away from it for the time being. This is my first grow so I'm not expecting much. This is basically a learning grow for me and if I get good results then awesome. I'll give the Epsom salt and molasses a try. I want to try mammoth p but it's very expensive.

Hey! Nice UFO80. I use one too! I had to update my intake and exhaust when i got that led lol was running almost at 90°
Now i dont get above 80°
I use fox farm ocean forest with perlite. And use the tiger bloom for flower. Guna get the beastie bloomz for flower instead as i had too much nitro going into flower
Good luck growing. Im subbed up20170823_191353-1.jpg

Looks good man. This is my first grow. I'm hoping I can get fat buds like that. Would you suggest me switching back to blurple or should I keep using just the red spectrum. I'm only 3 weeks into flower

Thanks that was my first ufo80 grow 16 colas. I had bad gentics so that one went down early at 42 days flower that pic was at about 33 days flower. Harvested another20170924_105724.jpg and now im on my 3rd ufo80 grow the 3rd grow was put under at 2 weeks from veg til now. Its been on a 14/10 on off scedule for the past week from 18/6 veg which i only had the veg switch i used the flower switch for 3 days then both switches. Thats what i did but you can do it however u like. Guna 12 12 it tonight i havent counted flowering yet but this grow is 6 weeks today topped multiple times.20171022_104658.jpg Guna use beastie bloomz 2 weeks from now. Last grow i had too much nitro and made the buds look all weird. But was still a thick ass plant
The red helps induce flowering but also red promotes stretch. If u r 3 weeks in id go ahead and raise the lights about 5 inches and use both switches. I ran watt tests on all 3 switches
Veg is 84watts
Flower is 93 watts
Both switches on the kill a watt was 182 watts

Up til week 6. Im getting a pk booster this time. Ive used it once this go. But ima shelf it
I use fox farms as well, I use big bloom and grow big until flower, once they start to flower I stop using the grow big and continue with the big bloom and tiger bloom. I give 1.5 table spoon big bloom, and 2.5 tsp of tiger bloom per gal of water durring flower. I also use grandmas molasses durring weeks 2-6 in flower.

Have you ever heard of Blue Planet Nutrients ( Liquid Seaweed). I have heard it's a game changer from growers that have used it. I just don't know if you can mix it with other nutrients or have to use it with all the other Blue Planet Nutrients!

I'm going to use big bloom and tiger bloom in my next feeding. Should I also add molasses? If so how much would you recommend?

I add about .75 tsp every other feeding
I feed, feed again, then use plain water. I water my plants every 4-6 days.
When I feed is when I add the molasses and yeah give it a try

What are you growing in?Soil?...soilless?

Pic of you holding the top....She could use a plain watering or 2 and maybe lighter does on the nutes. That isn't from heat...well actually it is but it's the nutes/soil or both combined being a bit hot not from the temps you mentioned. Those temps aren't as bad as they sound.

My last 2 watering were plain water. I fed today. How can it be over feeding if I still have leaves dying on the bottom. I was told when you have vegetation dying on the bottom the plants is using up it's stored nutrients. Anyways since last feeding I've watered till Run off once and just a light watering the second time. They're in a mix of ffof and roots organic 808. They were last transplanted a little over a month ago so I don't think there are still nutrients in the soil. My feed today was around 800 ppm. All watered till slight runoff. They won't be fed again until next week unless you suggest otherwise.

The only thing I've added since transplant is a handful of worm castings about 3 weeks ago and a small amount if compost a friend gave me to try as a top dress 2 weeks ago. I know it sounds like a lot but both times I amended the soil they've been watered pretty heavily several times since. I figured they were depleted and flushed out. This is my first grow so this is all a learning curve for me

20171107_202259.jpg Day 33 of flower. Going to lay off the nutes for a week or two. Everytime I think I have them flushed and start so see new growth they burn again after a half dose feeding. This is my first grow so I'm happy with my results but wish I didn't have so many yellowing leaves. Any pointers? They'e in ffof and roots organic 707. It' been almost 2 months since last transplant. I've added some worm castings and a compost mix as topping but that was well over a month ago. Could I still have nutrients in my soil from what I've added? I'e only flushed with plain phd water. Feeding chart says to use sledge hammer every 2 weeks. Is this why I keep getting nute burn? I've been feeding 1 tsp tiger bloom 1 tsp big bloom and 1 tsp molasses per gallon. I feed once a week and water with plain distilled water which comes already Ph'd to 6.5

Hey man,
I’m growing in a 3m x 1.5m tent
I’ve got 12 Super lemon haze cuttings
I have 2 600w hps and a 700W mars LED
I have 8 inch exhaust connected to my hps shades and a carbon filter and a 6 inch inlet temps float between 72-82 with 55% humidity
There 47 days into flower.
I feed every other day and water everyday in between.
At the moment I’m using Dutch pro nutes I use bloom part A+B and Explode and multi total every other week.
And they seem to be loving it swelling nicely,
But I’ve read up and on my next one I’m switching to advanced nutrients all organic and heard some really good stuff for boosting yields using there stuff.
I’ve also heard mixed reviews from fox farm never used myself but know a few people that have some people swear by it where as others have real bad problems with substrate getting to hot etc..
And to be honest if your going for yield etc, your a lot better of testing your ph and if your in soil you want that between 6-6.5 or hydro 5.6-6.2 roughly.
