Week 4/5 stunned growth, shriveled new growth. Plz help

So I have two sativa babies of unknown strain. Both about 4 or 4 1/2 weeks old. Both were outdoor projects of a friend of mine to begin with but he isn't very versed on cultivating cannabis effectively. They were started from seed, dry seed straight in soil along side a handful of others in the same pot. They all stretched very badly. When I found them they were all dead stems poking from the soil except these two so I decided to transplant them in attempt to rescue them. I noticed they began to heavily show preflower way too young just a day or so later So at night I started moving them under a light outside to revert them back to veg. It didn't seem very effective so I moved them inside. I now have them in my closet as I have done in the past on other small grows. For right now they are under 24/0 light cycle and I'm using two 4ft 2,200w full spectrum fluorescent tubes directly above the plants about 4-6in away from plant tops. I also have two CFL's on the two outer sides of the plants a little over halfway up them so that some light can penetrate the lower side growth. Temp is 75-80f. RH is 45-55. One is in a two gal pot other is in a three. Ironically the smaller of the two pots contains the larger plant. The inside of the closet is lined with space blanket, Even the floor and ceiling, to maximize the lights efficiency. (Don't know what a space blanket is?) It looks exactly like a large blanket sized plastic piece of aluminum foil. Its extremely reflective. The only fertilizer I've used was maybe half a tea spoon of all purpose Miracle Gro shake an feed that I added to each plant when I transplanted around two or three weeks ago. (Fyi, I know Miracle Gro is a no no. I just had nothing else available at the time)The miracle grow is dry pebbles so I was sure to remove the green beads of pure miracle grow chemical leaving nothing but the natural looking parts to be mixed in my soil. A little over a week ago I began using superthrive. I only use one drop of ST per cup of water, each plant gets about 1 an 1/2 cup on every third watering, the other waterings in between are just pure water. Aside from the last watering that I just did today.. I added a little pure sugar to the water, each plant probably got bout half a tea spoon per 20fl oz. I do use tap water but i let it sit for 24hr at least before use. I think finally, last but not least, I have no bugs. I haven't really seen any bugs sense I brought em inside. I did once notice what looked like a little bitty white springtail in the soil a few days ago though so I got some garden safe botanical insect killer and have been periodically lightly misting the soil top with it.

All that being said, one plant seems to have returned to full health after it's rescue from outside and is producing explosive foliage still, despite being stretched. The other one though seemed at first to be doing just as well. It got slightly healthier looking with a few new thick dark leaves in it's first few days, then just halted everything. No more growth of any kind. I also noticed that the little bit of growth it did do before becoming stunned is extremely tight. Like less than half a cm between nodes. (See pictures, last three images are plant 1, The stunned one, those other images are plant 2, the healthy recovered plant)

Help me out guys! Trouble shoot with me.. something so I can get this guy back going strong so I can get some healthy growth going to take cuttings and hopefully still manage a decent harvest outa these guys.
Anyway, thanks for reading. Let me know your thoughts please.

PH looks good. No overly red stems. They look like they were over fed at a younger age. Stop using miracle grow. I've used it upon a time myself and it burns cannabis up. Regardless how little you mix it.

Based on research I've done I think the single leaf thing probably has something to do with having to reveg them.

As for the miracle gro.. honestly I knew when I used it that I was likely making a mistake. I should have just held off and waited for a liquid supplement.

Thanks fs

Also do you think that taking cuttings from these plants would be to stressful?
And
If clones were taken, would they suffer from all these plants developed flaws and weaknesses or would the total new root development support a new bill of health completely?
