If there is a way to drop your RH a bit, would be good, RH higher than the temps is not a good thing in the long run, especially in flower.
Came home today and did something positive I think to alleviate 2 problems. I built a shelf to put the girls on . And then I put a 75W incandescebulb underneath them to help keep the room at a little bit higher temperature and hopefully to burn off some of the humidity . So far with the lights on the temperature is holding at 74.9°

lol, thought you might say that. you want a reflector on each bulb. litterally an inch next to it. not sure on the exact numbers but after 6-8 inches there light power is dramatically reduced.
bouncing the light of reflector too far away and it will do nothing. quick tester for you. grab a piece of aluminum foil and hold it above a bulb at an angle to reflect on one of your buds. i will eat my hat if you can honestly tell me that the light power was not significantly increased by doing so.
The reflectors might have to wait. I'm afraid I'll break the girls screwing around to much. They have started to grow again and I started the LST again. Thanks for the help

My 2¢ .... I grown with CFL ( DIY hood ) ....

First increase airflow ( over plants )
Autos WILL sex out between 4-6 weeks of growth.
Pistils show plants are transitioning to flower.
SURROUND the plant in light ... Lower areas. ( look at the shadow areas. )
Plants WILL STRETCH up to week 3 of flower .
CFL grows require " lighter " feeds as plants do not transpire as with say HID lights.
Do not flip light schedule - stay on NO LESS than 18/6 or better.
( hopefully you are on an " auto " schedule. )

Thanks for the advice, yes they are on 18/6 and feminized seeds. Light from underneath shouldn't be to hard for me since the girls are on a shelf!
