Well I need advise and help

I was planing on having space to grow in this year but I am confined to a 2'x4'x7' space. I think I should put my mother clone/seedling space down low and keep the flowering area up above it. I went out and got a 10watt 5000k led light and am going to try to start some seedlings in our closet. Anyone got ideas, things to help out I'm on a budget and can get things as needed I hope any way. Trying to save to build the cob light I want to use to scrog under. I may have posted this in the wrong place sorry mods.

Ventilate, circulate, exhaust, - go bigger rather than smaller unless you have noise restriction situation. Also, use a carbon filter if smell is a problem...
