What am I doing wrong?

Ok im growing with e&f flood system, my plants are about 3-4 weeks into veg. The problem is that I've got stress from somewhere or a def. My stem and fan leaf stems are red/purple. They are about 12-14 inches tall and looking pretty good other than they dont seem to be up taking water right. They droop and leaf margins are slightly rolled. I flushed all day yesterday and put in fresh nutes today. I upped my ppm from 300-400 to 700-800 with the idea that due to the size of my plants they are not getteing enough P and or K. My ph is at 5.5 and I do my best to keep it around there. It rises everyday. I think because there was not enough nute, so ph was drifting. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appretiated!

Honestly, they dont look bad at all. The red stems may be genetics or temps if its not nutes or ph. I had some purple up on me when temps dropped before.

Your first two pictures look like zinc deficiencies...look at the picture below (taken from the FAQ):

Your plants look very similar to that in the first two photos.

Your last photo looks like a pH lockout. 5.5 is pretty low...try to bring it up to maybe 6.0 and look for an improvement.

But, before you go adding zinc or anything to your reservoir...just try adjusting your pH. They should perk up and start looking normal again.

Ok I will let the ph go up a bit. Its the camera that made it look like those pics you have there. Mine are dark green. I was more concerned with the saw blade leaves and the drooping. I fed them earlier with the new nutes ay 745 and my ppm went down. Which is a good sign that they are feeding. Other than the spots on the one plant do you think its a ph issue?

Well your plants need water while the lights are on so I would say flush the tup right before lights on and again halfway through day cycle.

I had a similar problem I believe, with the tips curling up like that. I raised my light and it went away on the new growth and the older leaves that were doing that eventually flattened out.
