What are the benefits of misting the top of the plants? How often should it be done? Can it be nutrient misting?

avoid foliar feeding, thats misting, i do it rarely, it tends to increase the possibility of burning the leaves because the light is focused into the water droplets. if done too much it can burn the leaves expecially if your using a light that you keep really close to the tops of the plants.
i hope i could help.

I've read multiple articles now all raving foliar feeding. So, would it be in my best interest to spray a high phosphours solution, from either my tiger bloom or when i got open sesame, onto the leaves during their dark cycle?

Reeeeeeally?! And none of those multiple articles answered your questions?

I don't know what you've been reading, but foliar feeding is not recommended in any of the materials I've read. You will leave salt deposits on the foliage which can burn the foliage and block the stomata.

Heres actually a thread supporting it on this here site.

All of that supports foliar feeding. I'm just saying. And they did answer my question, i was just looking for multiple sources. And seriously, whats with the attitude.

And putting open sesame probably wouldn't be the best idea. They have special sprays for it.

There are almost no benefits. Unless you think it helps then its all mental. I suppose misting it would help to remove what dust has accumulated on the top leaves, but other than that I can't see how it would help at all.

I don't foliar feed, seems a waste of time unless someone can prove it makes a BIG difference in yields.
