What are you watching?

Black Mirror was awesome. Each episode is like a mini-movie complete on it's own, while retaining the arc of the futuristic world they all share. I woke up, made some coffee and breakfast, and just finished a bong bowl of my trainwreck. I'm now checking out Weediquette from Viceland. My kid turned my on to it, and I enjoyed the first two episodes. I think I'll keep watching...

Just finished Altered Carbon as well, I really enjoyed it. Now I'm watching The Junji Ito Collection on Crunchyroll, which is atypical horror stories from famed Japanese manga artist as an animated series.

Ray Donovan Season 5; Abby's fight with cancer and commits suicide. I always binge watch this series.
Criminal Minds Season 7; JJ's back. Still don't know how I missed this. A great series!

I have to pick up The handmaid's tale (Season 1) and The Good Fight (Season 1) tomorrow from the library

I just finished season 1 of 60 days in. It took me a couple of episodes to get into it, then I watched about 7 episodes in a row. I downloaded season 2, but something tells me it's not gonna live up to the first season. Any insights would be appreciated. Got stuck watching Kitchen Nightmares on YT, it's been years since I've seen them and it was the best Ramsay show imo. It's fun watching the British Ramsay shows with the full profanity, he's so colorful. I've starting calling people donkeys, doughnuts, and my fav, muppet. They somehow sound more offensive than our worst curse words, 'You fucking Muppet!' 'Great question, you doughnut!' See?

I'm only about halfway thru "The Handmaid's Tale". I'm not a fan of flashbacks to tell the backstory but this works for the most part. You think "this shit can't happen now", can it? Think Germany, late 1930's. Worth watching.

Just finished "13 Assassins" on Netflix. It's a remake of the 1963 film of the same name. Japanese dialog, subtitled. If you like samurai (which I do) you'll love this. It has a 45 min main samurai battle scene that is phenomenal, without the CGI Superman acrobatics bullshit. It's also loosely based on a true story.

"The Astronaut Wives Club" Don't know how true to history this was/is, but worth watching. Makes me want to know the real facts.
"Genius" abhout Albert Einstein. Only about half way thru this, kind of slow going but again I like the history of it.

Waiting
Still plugging away on "Criminal Minds", ready to start season 11 @tyler.durden
"Shameless" season 8, a perpetual favorite.
"Murder One" c.1990's A defense lawyer drama that's pretty good. Surprised me that it lasted only 2 seasons.
