Can any body tell me what I can do to make my plant healthy again?

I only use a half dosage (15ml) of nutes per gallon. And I only nute once a week. I bring the pH up with the shown phUP, and I set it between 6 - 7...

Hey doomed ... you should check ppm with a meter if you can ... 1 time a week is not to much for sure ... ph up ? always try to use hortaculture grade chems.. who knows whats in spa juice... almost always you have to bring ph down , unless you have some strange h2o... like spa water .... check ph with a meter as well .. its the only way to be sure... you can try to flush and see if they snap out of it ... good luck
