What deficiencie is this..HELP

please help soon, its the leafs are turning yellow then dying. ive checked the problems and cures and the close one it resembles is Nitrate - Ammonium please let me know how to treat this problem. thank you

If it is a def then Nitrogen is the obvious one. Could be a number of things though.
