What is the Easiest Way to Cure?

I microwave my buds for 20 seconds then hang them up, not the fastest but easy and free.The microwave is just to kill/prevent mold, I wouldn't recommend over 30 seconds in there.

Ok how long to you hang them up for.

I hang them for about a month, but it can be done faster depending on humidity and ventilation. I bought a bag of moist bud 1 time so I leave them hanging longer than necessary so I don't have nightmares of that nasty shit.

God damn a month. I will die if i have to wait that long

Lol, you can always build a machine to dry them super fast. Lots of ideas on this forum

I will probably build a dryer similar to ones shown on this site. I have always used a patio screen door after hanging the buds from a line upside down for 2-3 days then put on the screen with fans above and below moving the air.Times very on humidity and weather but 7-10 after going on screen they should be close to ready for jar cure of at least a week long if you can make it as the better the buds get. Close in the jar open once a day for 30 minutes then close up repeat.That bad smell leaves and the stinky delicious come when the chlorophil is evaporated..mmmm

I hung mine for about one week, than they went into brown papaer bags, for about 3 more weeks, opening the bags every day to let out the chloraphil.
Of course if yr in a hurry, you could water cure, or a combo of both.

i usually hang dry in dark ventilated closet for 1 week, and then fill up a bunch of mason jars for 3 weeks and open 2 time a day for 1 hour

to sum it up, yep, what he said.

I'm using cardboard boxes to hang them - I strung dental floss across it and hung the buds with bendable wire and hung them with S hooks. Works pretty well. I'm probably going to fill 3 boxes when I harvest - will be tedious but worth it. No closet space...

For How long to you hang them in the boxes.

Probably just 4 or 5 days, maybe less. It's been cool here and no humidity and they are in small buds so they are drying relatively fast - but it all depends on the conditions. Don't want them getting too dry... supposed to be when the stems snaps.

Are you crazy my idiot friend tried the micro for 10 secs it turned brown and tasted shitty like stale dry grass don't throw it in the micro ever.

i never microwave or oven anything.. kills 5 months of work.

WHAT!? I microwave my nugs for at least 5 minutes, comes out great. The perfect crispiness.

And the carboard box method is good, its what I do myself. Time wise all depends on where you are and conditions. just don't be a fucking idiot, and your nugs will turn out just fine. People take it too seriously..

I hang mine in my tent that has a blower fan sucking in fresh air at about 20 times a min. I let then hang in there for about 4 days then put it in jars. I open the jars and let them air out twice a day. It's smokable (not a word) in a week but it's kind of harsh and grassy tasting. It really starts to mellow out in about 2 weeks.

sounds like you got the perfect time til you put in jars for your area. yeah the longer you cure the better and stronger it gets

do NOT put your buds in microwave for any reason. Honestly would disregard anything the person who told ya to do that, obviously their a noob
