Why can we have 12 plants yet only 2.5oz of mmj? Does this make sense to anyone? We are basically forced to illegally stash extra buds or get rid of it? I really don't get it..Here is the law but to abide by this law you must break the law, Sounds familiar..

perpetual grow is the only way to do it in this fucked up state, harvest a couple plants every other week. hopefully, one day the laws will change.

I agree, it's stupid. The only way to do it is a perpetual grow, stagger it so your next harvest is cured as you are running out. And that's still damn hard to do. Lucky for me I keep my tolerence low and don't use much so 2.5oz will last me pretty much a full grow cycle.

You have to be careful too, because it's how the cops then the courts rule on it. If you have your 2.5 dried and another 2.5 drying or curing you know they will say you are over.

well IMO, undried/uncured bud is not usable, just like unrooted clones are not counted as plants....so as soon as my 2.5oz (roughly) comes off the hanger another 2.5oz is goin up.

Maybe undried buds.. But uncured? Not knockin you off your own wagon; do you think cops will really split hairs like that?

JUst adjust your smoking.......if you are over, smoke more. Personally, I would turn all extra into hash- easy to store, hide, smoke and enjoy!

But the police have busted people for being over there limit because of unrooted clones, that's the point, regardless of what knowledgeable people know to be true and fair the police don't care and will call it as they see it.

ok you're right, i guess uncured, dry bud would be usable...i smoke uncured bud a lot cuz i get sick of waiting bongsmilie

the police may call it as they see it but that doesnt mean they are in the right...they cant change laws as they please. if i ever got busted for being over the limit cuz of unrooted clones or undried weed i would fight the shit out of it (my uncle is a dam good lawyer). its gona take something like that to make the laws more clear or to let patients grow more...

Well I heard that the clones have to have an established root system to count as a plant, does anyone know the truth behind that?

The truth is that each cutting will be counted as a plant. Check out GrowinginMichigan.com for educational classes starting June 5th!
