Looks like thrips. Check out spinosad, it's a real thrip solution. It doesn't kill on contact, takes like a week, but it's natural and safe to use on consumable plants.

You can but it's easy to spray them. Spinosad is natural and won't hurt anything. It interrupts the bugs breeding cycle, so I believe the next eggs they lay won't hatch. How big are the plants? Yes, you can dip or spray, both works.

They are about 10-14 inches tall

HI Eric, So you have some Thrips is see, I have not been so lucky as to have them but I have had Spider mites Twice, From letting someone into my grow room, In which nobody goes into my room anymore,
Well Eric, I have got rid of those Pesky Mites by using a product called Organibliss look it up on the net I have a store in town here and it's a bit pricey but, it does so much good for your ladies when applied to your girls.
It is all organic product and I haven't had a problem in over a year now, Two times I had them Little Mothers, and they are hard to get rid of by what I've read here, I got rid of them fairly easy with the Product, come with directions, and it also strengthens everything in her.
I have read a bunch on here and nightmares about bugs, I haven't had not one single Problems since, and remember don't let anyone in your room, and if you take any plants or cutting keep them away from your others until you're sure there is not any bugs or problems.

Good Luck Eric
BTW I seen you're fairly new here. So Welcome To RIU :)
