I am doing a run with super soil as well. Here's the thing, Lime is made of two things: Calcium and Mag. So I would suggest using 2 cups instead of 1 cup. Subcool says they tried 1, 2, and 3 cups per batch with no difference, so they settled on 1 for the published recipe to the masses. Personally, I am just using a little molasses in the mycorrhizae and bacteria teas I'll be watering with. No nutes, just micro herd feeding and bombardment.

actually, you are looking for dolomitic limestone.
actually, im not looking anymore i already made the batch.

I ended up using some pulverized oyster shell. and i plan on using some molasses when i water and maybe an extra tablespoon of epsoms when i switch to 12/12

Deffinitly use something as I tried useing the water from my 5 stage RO unit from my saltwater aquarium days...little brown spots. Cal def within 2 weeks in veg. I switched back to 48 hour tap water and no more issues.
