Okay so I am having a mare this is 3 weeks yesterday should I just pull this and start a fresh or try and redeem it i don't know where I have gone wrong or what to do.. I am still new and haven't learnt from any mistakes.

Would appreciate some feedback and tell me where I am going wrong...

Info on the strain

White widow auto from pyramid seeds
No nutrients have been introduced
Germinated then planted
Started great then went terrible

Cheers

The soil PH needs to be tested. Peat moss based soil is naturally acidic. If that checks out. 6.0-7.0ph. Next is the light.

What distance is the light? What type is the light?

Okay I am using coco with between 30 to 50% perlite. I haven't tested ph yet I will make that one of my to do.. and I'm using a low watt led and about 160w cfls not the best of lights I know I am looking to get a new light as I know the watt and lumen output will be too low hence why I am starting with one plant.. can I pull the plant back to life still?

Let's say the problem is PH. If its corrected, the plant will take off. Right now its stunted. Growth will be slow.

On the other hand. A new plant in the correct ph will catch up to the sick plant fast. Possibly over taking in growth.

So its baby those or start over. If you start over, correct any issues in the pots before you plant. Make sure the medium is on track before you grow.

If you keep the plants and if it's a PH problem. It's tricky to adjust the ph while theres a plant growing it. The PH is going swing and the plant might not care for it. Remaining a sick plant for longer.

It might be a little hungry to.. I know young plants don't require nutes but they do need a small amount of nitrogen and there is probably none if its just coir and perlite.. Is the mix wet under the top layer? it does look a little dry

Upon inspection it was a little dry so I have just watered her, I haven't introduced any nutrients just yet as it was so small didn't know if I'd do more damage.

Might be too hot, CFLs put out a lot of heat. You also need to feed it. They can go for a short time after sprouting with the nutes stored in the cotyledons but that plant is past that stage and needs feeding, with a complete nutrient, like a hydro nute. There's no nutrients in coco, I think a little potassium but that's about it. I would go easy on the light until it gets well established. The LED alone would probably be enough at that size, or even a single CFL. You don't want to blast the hell out of it at that size.

At this point in time I think a very small bit of nutes won't hurt . It may even fix it. I would make a more complete soil in future by adding some compost or even some pre mix soil to the mix next time so the plant has it all there from day one

Ah I see well I will give her a small dose of nutes then on the next watering and I will remove some lights until hopefully she rejuvenates.

I've read that seedlings can take a lot more nutes than older plants without getting toxicity, so don't be shy on the feeding, though also don't go nuts with it of course. Too high a salts concentration will decrease water uptake. I know light feeding is usually recommended, just saying that's what I read, and not on a forum, a hydro article.

Coco has nothing in it. At the very least you need 1/4 strength nutes when preparing your coco. That plant is starving. Give 1/4 strength nutes ph'd to 6.0 immediately.

After three weeks that plant should be almost if not more than a foot tall in coco.
Coco is tricky to germinate in because it has nothing in it. Once that tap root starts growing it's looking for nutrients. Not much at first but it needs some. It's hard to find the right balance in coco. What I do is germinate in soil using 2 x 2 plastic pots. Once the plant is established "there will be roots showing at the bottom" I transplant to three gallon fabric pots filled with 100% coco. That's where they stay until harvest.
Feed that plant

damian0536.......Same thing happened with me. I started with LSD-25's from FASTBUDS. I grew 5 of them and only one has enough decent bud on it for maybe a few joints! Thankfully, I have plenty of backups!

Did you properly flush the coco before you ever thought of planting the seed ? Most coco has to be prepared and some now are precharged. What coco did you use ? Even not being fed it's showing burning .... If it was hungry growth would be yellow but unless he's using ro or distilled water should still have enough umph to support minimal growth ... Salt is common in unflushed coco and even in some that claim to be flushed. I'd bet my money on that or a tap root injury early on
