What to do with Hermie???

I had a plant completely herm out on me. It was one back in the corner, go figure, that I couldn't really do much with other than watch it get worse. Thankfully it it didn't pollinate the others very much but it is fucked.
Anyways, I was thinking dry sift/kief or using it to make edibles. My question is can I? Is the pollen going to be an issue with either dry sift or edibles? Cause there's quite a bit.

Didn't figure it would have health effects but wasn't sure if its an "ideal" situation. I can just throw it in the garbage, quantity not really ever an issue but thought I might try to salvage something out of it. I like sift or kief but have never tried with a male or hermie... That just doesn't sound right
