What Would You Do with This Room?

First time grower here! Just started building today since my seeds came in... for now building an ebb and flow to build up some mothers. Started on the cloner, but haven't finished yet. Was thinking about flowering in a separate room just to not have to bother with light bleeding issues.

nice rooms, i would like the walls the reflective foil, and line the floor with white poly paper to keep this clean. Also how do you plan to extract and bring in air?
