What ya think

Ok this is my first grow and im not sure if im doing things right heres my set up
1) i have a normal lamp with a floresent build called DayLight (looks realy close to day light)
2) I have a Chia Herb garden (white elephant gift) has a growing sponge with nutrients
3) plastic dish with pot sitting in it 1/4 full of water in dish goin about 1/2 and inch on side of pot

then i put about 5 seeds i had from cronic 1 sprouted about 1 month 1/2
now i admit i dident read much about this thus its had 24 hour light for untill today its about 3 in tall now and the only leaves that stay green are at top hasent flowered and im a little concerend it wont survive i keep it in my ceder chest. any help? ill add pics later

start over, after a month and a half of growth and only 3 in tall? to flower you have to change the lighting schedual.

ok i cant post pics camera broken i just messured about 5 1/2 in tall leaves are 1/8 in wipe about 4 teirs of leaves starting from 4 in mark stem id firm and about as thick as leaves im guessing why its so small is cuz i have an ordinary sandwich bag on top of plater bad is about 7 in tall and leaves touch sides it is a very light green and leaves closer to bottom set are starting to brown at ends i got a light timer today and its still growing i just dont have anymore seeds to start from i intend on getting a indoor green house kit soon this pic i put on is about what it looks like but done in paint
