We'll be filling out the 2012 journal this weekend, but off the top of my head for next year...
30 potatoes, 30 tomatoes, 400 onions, 100 beans, 100 carrots, 10 cucumbers, 200 beets, 25 celery, lots of lesser veggies like cauliflower and cabbage, dozens of lettuce plants scattered all over the beds. Another two dozen different herbs in containers. The apple trees will also harvest next year, making my canning season a real nightmare. Two years ago we made almost 40 gallons of applesauce, 158 quarts.
