What’s my plant isn’t getting enough of?

Everything is going good (I think lol) but I have some of my leafs looking sick. Can anyone tell me what I need to add?

Im assuming its outside, by the pic.
The other plants in the background have leaf curl.
When was the last time you watered?
When did you last fertilize?
How much?
What did you use?
It may need some, though the other plant life around, are quite green.
Let all know the info first!! Before doing feeding, or anything.
Do you know the ph of your soil?

I’m using gh flora series. My ph is 6.3-6.5 and I’m feeding by the drain and waste chart. The wrinkle plant is a pepper plant. I have about 100 pepper plants lol. I’m using happy frog soil and I don’t water till the 4 gallon pots are pretty dry. My ppm are 7-800. The leaf in my palm I took off about two days ago so that’s why it looks Shriveled up so I was hoping to fix it by adding something. Both leafs are on the same plant and r in flowering.

Thanks for the reply sir.

Id cut back your ppm.
Give the whole lot a really good water if you havnt already. If you had already, wait and give it another.
Looks like they're dry. Excess nutrients can have that affect, aswell.
Just be patient.
Find out if you're just dry. How long since last watering? Low humidity? etc.
Then find out if you're over fertilized, next time you water. Dont give them any food, just water. See if they improve. If they perk up leave em, a few days, and give em another.
You can always give them a good feed if you rule these possibilities out.
Whatever it is, it aint much. Just a case of a little too much. Or too little.
Im leaning towards too much. But do check.
You can mix a soil sample with distilled water to check with your ppm pen. Ph too. It'll be more accurate. Just google the ratios.
Good luck
