whats the rule with the feds?

So if i were to open a dispensary, and the feds shut us down what exactly would happen to me? Tickets? Jali time what? and why dont the feds shut down them more often?

Worst case scenario you get put in prison for manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance, best case scenario you sue the feds and get your shit back. Anything else in between is possible as well. The marijuana laws are so conflicting and grey that no one can say for sure what will happen. However, the government is broke and also recently announced they would not be cracking down in states that have legalized marijuana as long as regulatory systems are set up and enforced. Not only that there are just so many dispensaries around that trying to shut them all down through raids is unrealistic
