Whats With These Damn Timers??

ok im currently in budding, i had a analogue timer that had worked fine untill one day it decided to stop turning off, and my plant received 20hrs of light, so i bought a digital one, set it up right n it worked for a couple of days, but took a look at em 5 hrs after the light should have gone off but the blood light was still on, the timer displayed off but it wasnt, i flicked it n it then went off.
could i be overloading the timers? i have light, fans and aircon running from one timer.

That might be a lot running from one timer, but it still shouldn't give you that much grief. Make sure your digital timer is set to Automatic mode (timer mode) and not manual mode.

yes but here in the uk id have no bud either lol
and cannabis in a garden in my area.. wouldnt last an hour lol

A/C and lights on the same timer doesn't sound good.

u should check the ampere on everything u have on the timer , then check the ampere on the timer
if your stuff has a higher ampere together than the timer, then thats probably the problem

I know I have an intermatic timer, one of the better once you can pick up at local hardware store, at least for digitals anyway, and they can only handle 1kw, anything over that and you are harming em.

wattage wont blow things only amperage. simple your overloaded

...why would they write that in their instruction manual then?

dont know but i know i dont see wattage on any of my breakers only amps. wattage will give you what it costs to run it
