as far as I'm understanding in lamens terms, the sun can emit 2,000 umol/m^2/s at its hottest point towards earth. So, assuming that's a plants absolute threshold, I should be good with anything under that, but since the sun is always moving and with clouds and shade, its probably not the "brightest" idea to have it anywhere near that. Right now the most direct point in my tent is at around 1014 at cannopy top, and lowest is around 700 at outside canopy top. I'm prob going to defoliate these bitches yet again to reach those bottoms.
ps. I'm getting giddy just thinking about all the shit im stirring mentioning the word defoliate. :)

LIke Holy shit man, half this stuff Im reading I cant make any sense of when it comes to PAR and micromoles... ALL I WANT TO KNOW is when I put this little reader out on top of each damn cola top... what is the IDEAL number going to read and at what point to we start to get into trouble?
There shouldn't be any trouble, unless you suck dick at growing weed.

You know all that but don't know that zinc is immobile? Get your priorities straight, imo.

well aware bro.. But so is Iron and so is Sulfur. Your point?
I think this might be PH related, coco grows the ideal PH is 5.8 this late in the game... I was letting it swing 5.6-6.3 thinking I'd hit all the ideal uptake levels, but apparently thats no bueno?

It does kind of resemble zinc def but zinc is mobile. Wouldn't that mean it would affect lower growths too? ?

well i wont try and argue what was said. easy typo. Essentially you'd be suggesting a PH issue as well. if keeping ph steady starts doing the job you will have won my heart, mr sunshine. If it doesnt, I hope you get impeached.

But yeah in a debate when you are boss hawging on the advice, precision is important.

Honestly tho I'm just trying to figure what's wrong with ya sheet. Even though indicators are clear.

iron, zinc, manganese, go hand in hand. I think this is the culprit... will adjust ph, if it doesnt correct itself in a few days, im going for a foliar spray of chilated iron or some rusty nails in the rez :)

It's always a PH issue bro... what else is it going to be? Light bleaching? Lol. FUCK NO... it's all good I'm just playing, but let's be real that wasn't a typo. You went on to explain how it should be affecting lower parts of your plant because you said zinc is moble... if it was a typo, then you don't know what immobile means.

Wouldn't that mean it would affect lower growths too? ?
No worries, stick with me and you'll learn things.

mr sunshine, maybe im lysdexic, and mix words up sometimes! way to call me out bro! haha appreciate the help tho. its all in good fun. I'm a rookie at this stuff, I accept the fact that I know jack... certifiable cannabis hypochondriac over here.
But hey, thats why we're here... to learn from those who've been in our shoes before. All love :peace:
