just use the grow big fert for veging and bloom for flowering thats weird they tell you to use it diring veg

yeah that doesnt make sense to me either, it seems to be bad for the plants. Im just going to stick to veg fert for now, thanks.

your over nuting the plant thats why it had the discoloration in the leaves.

What medium are you growing in, rockwool, coco

100% Fert burn, I have the EXACT same problem with my plants. They we're fine and growing strong until i added fert (an overdose) If i were you I would use some Epsom salt in your water to raise the Ph to around 6.8-7.1. Water them when needed but only give them the nutes (1/4 does) every 3-4 days until you see improvement; if you dont see improvement it might be too late.

dude guys i already solved the mstery. if you read the post hes putting 1/2 the powsage instead of 1/4 i already solved it you guys are like 2 hrs to late .

no the real reason behind this, is that the guy clearly hasnt got a nutrient meter.

In hydro this is like cutting your eyes out.

You need a nutrient meter if you want to grow in hydro

i know thats why i like soil forget hudro its all about taste and thats what you get when you grow in soil

In fact, I do have a nutrient meter, and after the full dose, the reading was at 1.0-1.2 EC. The initial grow medium was the sponge which came with the aerogarden. Temp: 65-80, humidity ~60%, ph: 58.-6.2.

I havent checked the ppm or ec since I have performed the water change, but it probably wouldnt register on the meter anyways since im using distilled water and no nutes right now. Still keeping an eye on them..

yeah it needs to stay and 5.8 keep freashwater to flush em out

I give my plants 1.2 from seedlings, and then build it up

maybe once everything is flushed get the ec to around 1 by just using the grow

Nothing but fresh water. ph never gets below 5.6 above 6.4..

i think its nutes also i aplyed nutes in the veg stage leaves started to look all deformed so i stop using then an my plants grew really healthy

They have improved quite a bit i would say, all the new growth at the top looks a nice even green, the burn on the lower leaves looks worse but it will do, take the yellow part off where there is some, take it back to the nice coloured green
