What's wrong with my plants?

They were perfect a week ago when they were under fluoros, but I put them under my 1000w 5 days ago and they're getting papery, rigid, losing color, lower leaves are crumbling too. I posted yesterday but I got 20 different answers. I'm using nutrient soil, I water too much rather than not enough. The light is 2 ft away from the plants, barely hot at all with my hand under it. My temp is 70-80 humid 40% Help me and +rep for you.

it might just be in shock new envirnment cause it to get a little dry but it might just need to have the door cracked til it stablilizes

is it well vented in there...fresh air?

I have a 435cfm fan that blows 3 hours a day in intervals and a oscillating fan on 24/7

ok well turn the fan down and try to introduce the new environment slowly...it seems to me its in shock

How is your Ph? It almost looks like it could be early stages of iron or zinc deficiency

I don't know, the soil is happy frog, my water is 6.8, soil is usually good at buffering ph variations

I don't know if that's such a good idea, it's damn near 30 degrees outside.

yeah...maybe a stupid question, but you are checking your PH after adding nutes right?

I never add nutes though, the soil has enough nutrients for a month and I just put the plants in bigger pots last week.

I dunno...but I don't think that the HID's have anything to do with it. If there was a problem there, you would have noticed it a lot earlier then 5 days.

You know what I don't think the soil has any nutes in it at all. The guy at the hydro store said there was but on the package it doesn't say anything about nutes being in it.
