What's wrong with the leaves?

whats ur watering schedule, have you feed yet , conditions would help my guess to much water but dont really know for sure without knowing your plants regimen.

I am going to put my money on overwatering, I just did the same exact thing with my seedlings are they are all nice and green but droopy as all hell. Let her dry out good and wait for her to perk back up. Then lightly begin watering again.
You can poke holes in the soil, being careful to not hit ANY of the roots, and put an extra fan on her to help aide the drying process. She should perk right back up in 24-48 hours I would say.
