When the pistils turn amber, brown, red colour depends on the strain and withdrawal back into the calyx. If you have a scope you can look at the trichs I like to harvest when 15-20% turn amber and the rest cloudy. Yer plant looks great good work, great first effort!

Are you using anything to finish off? Bat guano, chemical? I use guano (bat and sometimes seagull shit) and kelp (powdered seaweed)
And about 1/2 dose of canna boost (not organic) But everyone has their own regimen they like to use for flower. I would certainly look at using guano and kelp both are totally organic and both help bring out the best flowering potential in the plant. Some folks use certain sugars and molasses for micro biological organisms around the roots which is supposed to really help in flower but I've never tried it myself. Can you send a closer shot of the buds I'm interested in seeing how far along it is.

I grow that strain regularly ....patience is key....like others mentioned above ...get a loupe to watch trichs and wait for those hairs to change.....OGK is a strain I always make room for every grow....what it lacks in yield it makes up for in potency....but patience is super key ....taking it even a week to early can effect it big time .....especially the smell ....be patient and post some up close pics when you think your getting close ....there's several of us here who don't mind helping ....GL

Patience is key...I said this several times
Yeah what he said. What strains he growing?

You've got a ways to go buddy ....I grow OGK every single run ....not the biggest yielder but potency makes up for that .....a lot happens rite at the end with this strain ...be patient ....taking it early will effect the final product big time ....especially smell...when OGK is ripe it gets a super heavy dank coffee aroma...I've grown this strain more than any other .....feel free to post pics again in a few weeks ...lots of us are willing to help ..GL

Your pics are honestly to grainy to see any detail ....but it looks like you have an issue besides normal fade .....I like a good fade in my plants....but when they fade the color fades pretty evenly on the leaf and ends up being completely yellow and coming off with little to no effort at all .....what I can see in your pics is what appears to be orange blotches ....but not knowing anything about your grow I can't really help you.....besides were in someone else's thread anyways....let's not hi jack it from the OP.....you can always start a thread in the MMJ plant problems with fresh clear pics ....I'd be happy to take a look if you do .....GL
