When do I harvest?

Alright total newbie question I'm sorry haha, but this is my second grow (my first didn't turn out to good) anyways when is the right time to harvest? I'm getting anxious wanting to chop her down but I want to make sure I'm getting the best bud I can get so I dont time mess any thing up, any info would be great thanks!

You still have white hairs coming out so a few weeks until the calyx swell before ripeness at harvest.
