When does flowering start outdoors South Africa?

Hi All.

I am outdoors in South Africa. It is now December and the season ends in March or April.

Shouldn't my plants be giving some indication of sex by now? A few have switched to alternative growth from opposed growth. I have read that in 2 months you should be able to Pre sex

Perhaps Outdoor Saffa growers can assist?

Plants broke ground 4 October 2017.

Strain is local Sativa

Hey man, I'm not sure when flowering starts, but I'm going to assume after January as that's when the days get quite a bit shorter, right now the sun is only fully gone at around 7,15/7,30, so it's still a while. I have a friend that started early last year and grew a 3 meter beast, I'll get pics from him and upload it when I get it haha
