When should i see colas forming

hi guys


my plants are nice looking but do not have colas the bud tops look great but my colas havent really formed.

ive finished my 5th week of flowering and i got 4 more weeks to go.


they say 60 days of flowering. so im gonna do 3 days longer.


so what does a plant suppost to look like after its 5th wk of flowering?


im really start to doubt my self and getting upset thinking about my plants :cry:

How bushy is your plant was it topped?
Plant's should be pretty much formed by 5-6 week.

it was topped 2 times


i got 7 tops on one

and 6 tops on another


they are about the the circumfernce of a quarter and about 5 in long and many lower bud sites that have not connect to the main cola yet.


i got 4 weeks to go

How much stretch??
How big are your pots/root ball??

The more you top the harder the plant has to work to push juice to the tops of the plant, So the bigger the plant the bigger the root ball needed to feed your plant. And it will take longer to mature. {In my expireance}

im 5wks into flowering i got 4 wks left which is along time and like fdd told me bore the final weeks is when the plants swell and get bigger colas which i hope my lower bud sites will connect to the upper top colas.


i got em in 5 gallon pots theyve been in it for 2 wks Before FLOWERING

im giving them growing nutes to bring up nitrogen as well as flowering nutes


im using

they dont look to bad its just that the colas arnt to big.


so do you think they will get bigger and form colas or not?

Day To Harvest July 17 Tuesday


Thats 60 days


if i go longer will i see bud increase.or settle my losses and just harvest what i got.

Ya you have 4 weeks left, and that is when the magic happens. Depending on your strain the cola sizes will
vary but in the last 2-3 weeks your plants should fatten up and you can get some sleep.

hijack doesn't start swelling until day 70. many variables can change flowering times. any times given by anyone can only be a ballpark #. hydro will be faster than soil. lower temps may cause slower growth. CO2 will increase growth. relax. watch her fill in. keep an eye on the trichromes and quit staring at the clock.

how many floro tubes do you use for your clones?


would (1) 4ft 2 bulb floro T8 be good for say like 6 clones?
