when should i start giving my plants food and nutrients

I'm just using fox farm ocean forrest and I've only been growing for a week my plant is only on da 2 leaf stage so I was just wondering when should I start feeding it

Your soil will have enough nutrients for your plant up to 8 weeks growth - If its hungry then you will know when to start adding food

^this is good advice. Remember that over-feeding/watering is the most common mistake that new growers make. I use FFOF and its loaded with goodies and I will usually start feeding about 3-4wks in depending. And never start out with the dosage on the bottle or whatever. Start out with 1/2 or even 1/4th the reccomended dose and see what happens and go from there. Better too little than too much brother happy growing!
