when to harvest and cure

When is the best time to harvest my plants with maximum potency and when exactly should they go into jars?(white widow) I have been growing for a lil and can't seem to get a good cure or even get in the curing process at all.... . Honestly I want what I'm growing to be smokable any help would be grateful

Harvest when its done, at least 50% cloudy to no more then 20% amber.( for highest THC potency)....and cure when its dry, kinda crispy on outside of buds...then keep humidity at around 62%
