When to harvest with foxtailing

I have some foxtailing happening on a plant that was close to harvest. It has been flushed and is not getting nutrients currently. I'm wondering if I should now wait until the foxtails are ready to harvest as well and re-introduce nutrients or just focus on the main buds. Thanks!

The plant looks nowhere near ready, hardly any receeding pistils, no swollen calyces. There is also sign of rather severe nutrient deficiency, and not just on that single plant.

I'd recommend not depriving your plant of nutrients in the most critical stage of flowering, and to check the trichomes, which I assume will provide further proof of the immaturity of the plant.
