When to transfer outside?

Newbie doing a grow outside. Right now I have some seed's germinated and in cups. Kinda taking it one step at a time cause I'm still in denial it'll work because the seeds weren't in all that great condition. And I'm not looking for some big yield. Just kinda learning the basics.

Right now I have them under my skylight in my house (right under the window about a foot). When should I bring them to be replanted outside? I'm doing it in some backwoods so just want to make sure I have the spot ready by the time I'm ready to move.

Also I read you weren't supposed to water everyday. As time goes on should I be watering less or more?

Unless your in a really cold area you can put them out now. Get some basic grow and bloom nutrients to feed the plants. Let the soil dry in between waterings but when your water make sure the whole root zone gets moist and this wouldn't happen to be john rup would it?
