When to use Fan(s)

My seeds have not even sprouted out of the soil yet... but i was wondering when i should start putting a fan on them... and what setting? med?

You can put a fan on them when they pop up. maybe an inch or so. Get a multi sped fan and use low to start and don't put it directly on the plants. Let it hit them at an angle so they just kind of move just a bit.... You can put the fan on a timer and only use it when the lights are on unless you're going 24/7 from the start. Just don't blow them away.

I try to always have my fans on. It certainly doesn't hurt, but when your plant is a seedling don't have it like blowing the plant over. You know what I mean.

yep, keep the fan blowing over the top of the plant - no matter what height or how old it is.. just so its leaves wiggle back and forth a little ;)

Especially if you're growing in a grow box you'll need a fan right from the get go, or else temps will get too high and your CO2 levels will drop too low.
